Sutherland Hosts Traditional Labor Day Weekend Celebration

Sutherland, Iowa (NorthwestIowanow.com) — Organizers have taken advantage of some mild weather to get ready for the annual Sutherland Labor Day Weekend celebration this. Volunteer Jill Jurgenson says the community is buzzing with excitement.

The fun startsFriday and continues through Monday night in downtown Sutherland. Live bands playing every night, pickle ball tournament, corn hole tournament, the famous Burn Out contest, a glow foam party for the kids and of course the legendary Sutherland Labor Day parade on Monday at 10:30.
