Lake Park Man Charged with Possession after Traffic Stop

Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — A Lake Park man has been charged with drug offenses following an early morning traffic stop in Clay County Friday morning.

Authorities say 40-year-old Nathan Bakke was pulled over for speeding around 5:30am two miles South of Everly on 130th Avenue. After the deputy smelled pot and searched the vehicle Baake was charged with Possession of Marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding.
