MILFORD, IA (Northwestiowanow) – Members of the Milford community gathered for a groundbreaking ceremony marking the start of the Harvest Hills residential development project Tuesday.

The ceremony was held at the construction site just west of the new Okoboji Elementary School on August 11.

 

Milford Mayor Bob Clark said he’s excited to see the development become a reality and the opportunities it will bring to the community.

 

Developer Doug Holzrichter of Imagine Milford thanked the community for its support as the project moves forward.

 

With the ceremonial shovels now in the ground, Holzrichter says construction is expected to begin later this month.
