Everly Woman Charged in Personal Injury Accident

Terril, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Department has released information about a traffic accident North of Terril that ocurred July 23rd.
57 year old Laura Manwarren of Everly was charged with failure to obey a traffic control device. Authorities say she was Eastbound on county road A-34 and struck the Southbound vehicle driven by 53 year old Jody Sheriff of Sioux Falls. Both vehicles wound up in the ditch and were totaled, and both drivers were taken to the hospital with what were described as minor, non-incapacitating injuries.
The Iowa State Patrol, Milford Police, Terril Fire and Ambulance, Lakes Regional Healthcare Ambulance, and Iowa DNR all assisted at the scene.
