Blood Donations Needed as Supplies Run Critically Low, Says LifeServe Blood Center

Spencer, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — LifeServe Blood Center is issuing a critical appeal to residents in Spencer and across Northwest Iowa as the regional blood supply has dropped to dangerously low levels.
