Clay County Fair


PURE Oldies 98.3 and 98.5 is counting down the days until this year’s CLAY COUNTY FAIR – September 6th-14th!!

All 9 days of the fair we’ll be located our studio-headquarters on the fairgrounds, The Depot, home of the Smoky Mountain Central Railroad!  During your visit – be sure to pick up the following:

  • 2025/2026 KICD Sports Books

The SMG announcers will also be talking to several vendors at the fair, telling you all about what they have to offer!

SMG’s PRICES ARE RIGHT SHOW is back for the 17th year in the Events Center Ballroom on Sunday, September 7th!  Over $10,000 in prizes will be given away!!  Showtime is at 5:30pm.
