Over $125,000 was raised during SRG’s Clay County Fair-A-Thon!!  Over 200 people – locally and across the country – called to pledge a donation to “save the fair!”

The Spencer Radio Group and the Clay County Fair Association deeply thanks everyone for your generosity and support of the fair.

For our Fair-A-Thon finale – Jeremy Parsons, Kevin Tlam,  Corey Harguth, George Bower and Rhonda Wedeking climbed to the top of the slide for the “Turkey Slide!”  Thanks to WKRP, we know “turkeys can’t fly” … but we proved they can slide!

These frozen turkeys were frozen, wrapped in bubble wrap and donated to the UDMO Food Pantry.
