City of Estherville Working on Updates for Water Treatment Plant


Estherville, IA (KICD)– The City of Estherville is working through the process of making some updates to its water treatment plant.

City Administrator Penny Clayton says plan begins with an agreement that has been made for engineering work with Bolten and Menk.

Clayton says funding for this project will come from a couple of different sources.

A bid opening for the project is expected to take place in November with the work being completed by next Fall.
