Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — At last report the fundraising effort for the Spencer splashpad is at 171 thousand dollars. The city is ready to fund the remainder if half a million is donated. Park and Rec Director Bob Fullhart says they hope to raise the remaining 330 thousand in the month of November.
Donations are tax deductive.
