Emmetsburg, IA (northwestiowanow) — A South Dakota man faces multiple sexual abuse charges stemming from alleged offenses nearly two decades ago.
According to court records, 52-year-old Austin Cameron Noble of Tea, South Dakota, was charged with six counts of third-degree sexual abuse, all Class C felonies.
The charges all list an offense date of October 1st, 2008.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Noble on a Palo Alto County warrant shortly after 6 p.m. Tuesday, September 15th.
He was unable to post a $30,000 cash-only bond and was booked into the Palo Alto County Jail to await an initial appearance before a magistrate.
