Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Two organizations remind you that the Christmas Shopping season is “make or break” for many local retailers. Spencer Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Shariffa Jones says the Christmas Cash program is back this year, but with a discount!
