Seasons Center Offers Free Trauma Impact Training

Spencer Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) —  Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is hosting a free seminar next month in Spencer to help the community better support children facing trauma.

The event, titled “Trauma’s Impact on Children and the People Who Support Them,” features keynote speaker Stephanne Thornton. Attendees will learn practical strategies for emotional regulation and building resilience in youth ages 0 to 18.
It takes place Thursday, April 16th, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at Hope Church. The training is free and open to the public, with CEUs available for professionals. You can register online at SeasonsCenter.org/events
