MILFORD, IA (Northwestiowanow) – Milford’s Old City Hall has officially changed hands.

During Monday’s regular city council meeting on November 24, officials confirmed the property at 1021 10th Street has been sold to Sibley Sheet Metal.

City Administrator LeAnn Reinsbach told council members the keys have been handed over.

The company plans to make the building its primary hub but will still keep its Spirit Lake location open.

Equipment has already begun moving in.

Sibley Sheet Metal has already had conversations with the community and is trying to find the best solution for parking.
