Hartley, IA (northwestiowanow.com) — With school starting soon, pay attention to the updated speed limit changes on highway 18. When the light is flashing, school zone speed limit of 25 MPH will be enforced.

The Hartley Police Department reminds the community to watch for kids crossing at the crosswalk, and vehicle traffic attempting to turn into the elementary school.
