Habitat For Humanity Offers to Buy School Property at Recent Board Meeting

Spencer, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — The Spencer School Board have some real estate that Northwest Iowa Corridor Habitat for Humanity wants to buy to build more housing in Spencer. Executive Director Joel Bjornstad at
presented a plan to the School Board last night, asking to acquire two vacant lots on East 3rd and East 4th Streets

The School Board went into a closed session for about thirty minutes to discuss the real estate request but took no action after the meeting.
