Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — Volunteers with boats reacted so quickly and helped so many flood victims to safety last year there is no written record of who helped whom.

Board member Barb Workman from the Arts on Grand Board says there’s a reunion Friday night trying to reconnect residents with their rescuers.

John Smock – who coordinated the documentation of the flood – said the 3 and a half pound book is still available for purchase. The hardcover book is 45 dollars. An e-book is also now available.
