Estherville, IA (northwestiowanow) — The City of Estherville is opening applications for the 2026 Neighborhood Facade Grant Program.

City Administrator Penny Clayton says the program has been popular in previous years.

The program is open to all residential property owners throughout Estherville.

Clayton says the grants do NOT use property tax dollars.

Applications are available at Estherville City Hall and can also be emailed or mailed to applicants. All entries must be submitted by November 15th. The Excel! Estherville Committee will then review the applications before making recommendations to the Estherville City Council, typically at its first meeting in December.
