Spencer, IA — A Northwest Iowa hunter has organized a local tournament. Joe Billings believes the “Howl and Hunt” is the first ever coyote contest in Clay County.
The Howl and Hunt will run from 5pm Friday February 20th to 7pm Saturday the 21st.
The 150-dollar entry fee is good for a team ranging anywhere from one to four hunters.
