Clay County Sheriff’s Office Report Active Warrant Arrest

Spencer, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — A 41-year-old man is in the Clay County Jail after being arrested on an active warrant Tuesday afternoon, October 28th.

The Clay County Sheriff’s Office reports they took Cory Woodrow into custody at approximately 2:45 PM.

The warrant includes numerous charges. They are: First-Degree Theft, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Third Offense, Two counts of Driving with a Suspended or Revoked License, Two counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating without Registration, And Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability, or insurance.

Woodrow was held in the Clay County Jail. Bond was set at $12,400.
