Clay County Hosts Learning Center Red-Ribbon Cutting Tuesday

Spencer, IA (Northwestiowanow.com) — The Clay County Conservation Board is hosting a very special event Tuesday morning, July 16th.

Conservation Director Will Horsley tells KICD News that between planning, fund-raising, and construction, the Oneota Learning Center has been YEARS in the making.
