Jackson, MN (Northwestiowanow.com) — Jackson, Minnesota is looking for a new City Manager already. Jim Langborg took the job in March and tendered his resignation Friday. Mayor Marcus Polz says he will help coordinate city operations until the job can be filled to maintain continuity and keep ongoing projects on track.

Fairmont, Minnesota is also in the middle of a City Manager search. Former Jackson City Manager Matt Skaret took that job for 8 months, and now runs the city of Benson, Minnesota. Skaret also previously served as City Manager in Milford.
