Celebrate 125 Years in Melvin This Weekend

Melvin, Iowa (NorthwestIowaNow.com) — Residents in the Osceola County community of Melvin are asking “Where did the last 125 years go?” The town is gearing up to celebrate their quasqui-centennial this weekend.

Sarah McCarter is with the planning committee, and says local sponsors keeps the event affordable for families.

The parade is Saturday morning at 10 am, multiple live concerts are scheduled, including local favorite Shawn Mayer.
