Emmet County Election Results (Northwestiowanow.com) — There was only one town with contested city races in Emmet County Tuesday.

Dan Jorgensen won the Mayor’s race in Ringsted. Robert Hammond and Blake Cole won the two council seats.

In Estherville Tony Condon was elected Mayor and David Hovinga and Julie Clark were re-elected to their City Council seats without opposition.
The big question is who won the Ward 3 council seat without a candidate on the ballot. Emmet County Auditor Heidi Goebel says they will tabulate the 33 write-ins and release the winner’s name Wednesday.
