Weekly Health Update: Clay County Community Health Survey

Spencer, IA (KICD)– Public health agencies typically have plenty of pertinent health information to share with the public but now it is time to turn the tables and provide the team in Clay County with some details.

Colette Rossiter with Clay County Public Health tells us her team is currently working to gather information through a Health Assessment Survey.

Once all of the data is collected and compiled, Rossiter says the information will be used to determine local needs.

The survey is open through August 11th and can be completed online at spencer hospital dot org, by scanning the flyers around the community or by filling out a hard copy that can be obtained at the hospital or by calling 264-6380.
