Pocahontas, IA (KICD) — A graduate of Terril High School who once served as Superintendent for the district is returning to Northwest Iowa is returning to Northwest Iowa. Dan Mart has been hired as the new Director of the Prairie Lakes A-E-A headquartered in Pocahontas.
Mart is currently serving an interim Superintendent in Keokuk and hopes his broad range of experience will now allow him to serve other administrators.
The A-E-A board approved Mart’s contract Monday night. His first day on the job will be July 1st.
