Spencer Community Theatre Continuing to Mainstage Season and “Transition Period” Continues

Spencer, IA (KICD) — As we told you Friday, Spencer Community Theatre is proceeding with a main-stage season next year.
Transition co-chair Steve Deutch says the same donor and volunteer base that created and supported SCT for decades are making sure the entity survived a COVID downturn.

Co-chair Connie Goecken says instead of easing back in production with a small play, they’re swinging for the fences with Meredith Willson’s “The Music Man.”

The Music Man will run March 8th through the 16th; and the popular Farce “Lend Me a Tenor” follows in April and May. Tickets are on sale now.
