New Spencer Fire Chief Planning to Start in Early August

Spencer, IA (KICD) — We now know when Spencer’s new Fire Chief will be in the office. City Human Resources Director Jessica Wright had an update for the city council Monday night.

Jesse Coulson was one of 80 applicants and three finalists for the Fire Chief’s position. He’s wrapping up 19 years with the Dubuque Fire Department.
