Lake, IA (KICD) — The Iowa Lakes Corridor Development group gave its quarterly update to investors Tuesday.
CEO Shannon Landauer says it was a busy three months, including recruitment efforts for six prospective businesses, with the Corridor landing one.

Member businesses say they intend to invest twenty-nine and a half million dollars in capital projects over the next three to five years, with Landauer saying high interest rates are not impacting optimism.

The quarterly meetings are now held in different communities. This week’s event started with lunch and tours of Lake Park’s downtown and Northern Iowa Die Cast which has also recently upgraded production lines.
