Spencer, IA (KICD)– A decades old tradition is returning to Downtown Spencer tonight.
Main Street Director Nancy Naeve says business owners, churches, and non-profit groups are ready for The Grand Meander.
The fun will begin at five o’clock with Santa scheduled to arrive at six.
And there’s a soup and pie supper 4 until 7:30 at the Masonic temple.
