Estherville, IA (KICD)—Estherville City Council met Monday night and renewed the excel Estherville neighborhood facade Program for 2024. 10 grants will be awarded to residential property owners for exterior facade improvement. Recipients of the grant will be determined by Excel Estherville Oversight Committee.

City administrator Penny Clayton explains where the idea for this program came from.

The grant program opened on September 19th to receive applicants and applications will be taken until November 15th.
