Estherville, IA (KICD)– An Estherville man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself at a local business earlier this month.

Police were notified on Friday after the business owner received a complaint following the incident that reportedly occurred nearly a week earlier.

The owner was then able to find the incident on surveillance video which led to 18-year-old Johnathon Palacios being charged one count of indecent exposure. He was released from custody on his own recognizance on Sunday. Online court records indicate an initial hearing in the case is set for next month.
