City of Spencer Moving Ahead in Process of Hiring Finance Director

Spencer, IA (KICD)– The process for the City of Spencer to find its next Finance Director appears to moving full steam ahead.

Human Resources Director Jessica Wright told the City Council on Monday that the search has now been turned over to her office after Hinson Consulting did its part to find qualified candidates.

The successful candidate in this search will replace Brian Weuve who left Spencer over the summer for a new opportunity in Pella after serving the community for over a decade.
