Lake Park, IA (KICD) — Pro-Bond Issue residents of the Harris Lake Park School district have organized into the “HLP Students First” committee. Gary Richardson says their first meeting was the week he started as Superintendent.

Richardson tells KICD News the school itself cannot campaign for a “yes” vote.

The group’s website is “HLPBond.com”. The canvassing committee is hoping to meet with every voter in the district before the bond issue November 7th.
