Emmetsburg, Ia (KICD) – The Emmetsburg E-Hawk Football Team will be looking to make another trip to the Playoffs in 2023 after 4-4 Regular season in 2022. They will need to fill in a few gaps left by last season’s Senior Class.
That’s Emmetsburg Football Coach Ben Thomsen, who wants the E-Hawks to continue their physical brand of football that they are known for.
Thomsen will have a lot of athletes on both sides of the ball for Emmetsburg this season.
The district looks a little different for Emmetsburg this season after the re-shuffling of classes this spring.
Emmetsburg kicks off their season with a big challenge against Central Lyon/George-Little Rock on the road on August 25th.
